The cost-effectiveness compared to the location is very good. There is a beam projector in the basement, and the hot water and underfloor heating were also nice. However, there was a leak from the sink, and the towels provided had a musty smell. Also, the OTT on the beam projector in the basement did not work, so it seems improvements are needed.
